Polk County’s 4th of July Weekend Kicks Off Today — Here’s the Full Lineup
The 4th of July Weekend Is Here — Here’s Everything Happening in Polk County
America turns 250 this weekend, and if you haven’t locked in your plans yet, today’s the day to do it. Polk County has been building toward this all month, and the lineup of celebrations kicking off today and running through July 4th is bigger than anything we’ve seen in a generation.
Whether you want fireworks over the water, a small-town atmosphere with a single stage and a food truck, or a bigger production with live music and a crowd, something is happening close to home. Some of the best views in the county actually come from tonight’s July 3rd events, when the crowds thin out and parking gets a whole lot easier.
Events start today, July 3rd. Here’s everything happening across Polk County, organized by date.
