Frostproof: Lights on the lake
Saturday, July 4: Frostproof’s Lights on the Lake makes the Fourth a full day on Lake Clinch. The Cypress Gardens Water Ski Team opens the festivities with a show at 10 a.m., and evening celebrations run from 6 to 10 p.m. with live music, food trucks, and fireworks over the lake. The Outta Hand Band takes the stage from 7 to 8 p.m., then closes the night with a Toby Keith tribute from 8 to 9 p.m. before the fireworks finale.
It’s a full day of America 250 celebration in The Friendly City, and the lakeside setting makes it one of the most scenic stops of the holiday weekend. Bring the family and lawn chairs and plan to stay for the show.
