Mulberry: Kirksey Park

Saturday, June 27: The Mulberry Fire Department is hosting a fireworks show and community celebration at Kirksey Park on Saturday, June 27, starting at 2 p.m., in honor of America’s 250th anniversary. The free family event features a car show, water slide, bounce houses, arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, and a Fill the Firefighter Boot donation drive. The Mulberry Fire Department will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs at the Lions Club Building throughout the day, and a $1,000 cash giveaway drawing takes place before the fireworks begin. A 50/50 drawing rounds out the evening.

Car show registration runs from 2 to 4 p.m. with a $10 entry fee, and judging begins at 4:15 p.m. Awards will be given for top motorcycle, car, truck, rat rod, best engine, best interior, and best paint.
