The Polk County History Center opens its 16th Annual Festival of Wreaths on the first Saturday in November. Handcrafted wreaths fill the building. A silent auction opens at 8 a.m. on Nov. 7 and closes at 5 p.m. on Dec. 12. Family holiday programs run alongside the display through Dec. 19. The History Center opens Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
